Camp gates are an amazing tradition in Scouting.  They provide an opportunity for youth to practice scoutcraft and pioneering skills in a creative way.  As a natural topic of conversation, they spark interesting social greetings at camp.  Gates also provide a natural control to foot traffic and enhance privacy for your campsite.

While there will be no formal camp gate competition this year, Groups are encouraged to set up a camp gate at their campsite.
