- OOS acceptance is at the discretion of the Camp Administrators and activity leaders. OOS is not guaranteed.
- Deadline for OOS registration and payment is January 6, 2025 (or sooner if spots are full)
Camp activities that require OOS support:
- Game Stop
- Klondike
- Ice Fishing
- Silk Screening
- WigWam
- Western Village
- Obstacle Course
- Other support roles:
- Medical Services (First Aider)

All OOS are requested to complete online registration with payment

Provide Ice Cap Camp Admin copies of your Medical & emergency contact forms (Individual Hold Harmless form), or a printed copy of your myscouts.ca Emergency contact and Medical report.
- All Youth OOS 14-18yrs required:
- Myscouts.ca Scouting fundamentals
- They must be a registered Venturer in MyScouts.ca
- If they are a new OOS member, we prefer a letter of reference from the Group Commissioner or Section Scouter.
- Groups need to ensure all youth have completed and Signed their youth Code of Conduct
For Adult Helpers - non-registered with Scouts Canada also require:
- Complete safe Scouting for parents Safe Scouting For Parents
- Signed Hold Harmless Individual Hold Harmless form
- Code of Conduct form Adult Code of Conduct
- Medical and emergency contact (physical fitness form) Individual Hold Harmless form

- Will be accommodated separate from any Ice Cap attendees
