Weekend Camp Schedule


Friday Evening:

6pm-8pm: Participant campers arrive and will be given their assigned site to camp in based on registration numbers and given their wristbands.  Scouts/Pathfinders will be camping in Squirrel and Cubs/Guides in Rabbit.  Cubs/Guides may choose to arrive at camp Saturday morning instead of Friday night if preferred.  Sites will be marked via rope/paint.  Vehicles will not be allowed to be driven onto the sites, camper should be prepared to carry gear a short distance to their sites.  There will be no gators this year to carry camp gear to the sites, groups may want to bring wagons for heavy items.  Once unloaded, all vehicles will need to be moved into the designated parking areas.  If you require access to leave the camp during the weekend, please advise the site director as to make sure your vehicle has is not blocked in.

9pm: Scouts/Pathfinders only leaders meeting at Scout sub camp shelter.

11pm: Lights out/quiet time for Camp.


Cub/Guide groups that arrived Friday evening will have free time during the AM.  We ask that Cub/Guide groups remain out of the wooded area during the Scout/Pathfinder activity time 930am-430pm.

830am-1030am: Additional Cub/Guides campers arrive

930am-430pm: Scout/Pathfinder Wilderness Challenge activities run in wooded areas

1030am: Cub/Guides section Leaders meeting for those camping and participating in Wilderness Challenge Activities Sunday - Cub Sub Camp

11am: Cub/Guide camp opening – Cub Sub Camp

1230pm-4pm: Cuboree activity for Cubs/Guides only. Those only attending this activity (not camping) should arrive around 12pm for check in and to be ready for the activity.

2pm-4pm: Popcorn Indaba/Info session. Open to all Scouters/Leaders, will be held at the donut, come sample some scout popcorn.

730pm: Campfire: Come out to the campfire circle for songs, stories, and fun.  Bring your campfire blanket to show off your crests while keeping warm.  You may bring a flashlight to guide yourself back to camp after, but remember to keep them turned off during campfire. Scout groups should come prepared with a skit and song in case they are called.

11pm: Lights out/quiet time for Camp


930am-3pm: Cub/Guides Wilderness Challenge activities in the wooded areas

930am-11am: Scouts/Pathfinders wide game

1130am: Scouts/Pathfinders Scouts own and camp closing

330pm: Cubs/Guides camp closing
