2025 Weekend Schedules

6-8pm: Groups that are camping arrive and setup – OOS will be around to help direct traffic
8:15pm – Camp Opening in the middle of Squirrel
8:45pm – 1 Scouter from Cub groups meet for mug up @ Headquarters

8:00-9:30am: Saturday night Cub campers arrive on site to setup.
9:30am: non-campers arrive at the site – Cub activity participants should arrive to park their cars or drop off youth with their groups at Squirrel site. There will be Scouters managing traffic to allow for safe drop-off and orderly parking. Note: The Road will be Closed @ Rabbit starting at 9:30 Am – AFTER THIS TIME PLEASE CONTACT MICHELLE if there is additional help required
10:15am: First Activity begins – Bring bag lunch to eat on the go
3pm: Estimated activity end time
3:30pm – 5:00pm – badge trading / hangout time (Scouters are to supervise youth)
7:30pm: Campfire – Cubs and Scouts at Deer site
10:30pm: Lights out – Cubs and Scouts

8:30am – 11 am- Cubs will have archery time (more information will be given night before)
11am: Meet in the middle of Squirrel for Potluck Brunch
12 pm – Scouts Own / Closing

4pm – 5pm – Badge trading
7:30pm: Campfire – Cubs and Scouts at Deer site
1030pm: Lights out – Cubs and Scouts

4pm Camp open to OOS
6-8pm: Groups that are camping arrive and setup – OOS to help with traffic Management
8:15 – Camp opening
9:30pm – OOS Mug up
