Participant Group Camp Registrations
Online registration open December 3 to Sunday - January 15, 2023.  Spaces are limited due to camp accomidation size, registration will be first come, first serve basis.  Space is based on bed space and sex accomidations (male, female and other).  **Note: The participant registration system will shut down early if it reaches the capacity set at 125.  If this happens, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for possible spaces due to cancellations, etc.
 
Important Notes to Consider Prior to Registering:
  • All attendees must be registered and active Scouts Canada members at the time of camp
  • Groups need to meet youth to Scouter/Adult ratios as per Scouts Canada guidelines to attend camp.
  • Groups are responsible to submit any approvals required to attend camp by their group Commissioners as per Scouts Canada guidelines
  • Scouters/Leaders are responsible to print and carry their group's emergency/contact info forms (from myscouts.ca) in case of emergency.  These forms are available on the myscouts online system.
  • Groups are responsible for their own transportation
Camp Fees
Camp fees cover all food, lodging and activity costs.
  • Youth Scouts (Aged 11-14): $75.00 ($71.43 + $3.57 GST) Note: a late fee of $10 will be applied to any registrations accepted after the deadline (Jan 16), space permitting.
  • Scouters/Adults Participants: $75.00 ($71.43 + $3.57 GST) - Note: a late fee of $10 will be applied to any registrations accepted after the deadline (Jan 16), space permitting.
  • OOS: $55
Payments
Payments can be made by cheque, cash or Interact E-transfer (email). 
  • If paying by cheque, please submit one cheque for your entire group made out to  “Scouts Canada - Scout Amik
  • If paying by cash or cheque, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to make arrangements to receive payment.
  • If paying via Interact E-transfer (email), payment should be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with group name and contact in the comment line.  Note: auto deposit is enabled to receive payments without the need to send a password.
Refunds
  • Full refunds will be issued until January 15 (registration deadline). 
  • Partial refunds of $50 will be issued to January 25
  • No refunds on/after January 26
