Participant Group Camp Registrations
Online registration open December, 2024. Participant registration includes youth and their Scouters/Leaders. Spaces are limited due to camp accommodation size, registration will be first come, first serve basis. Important Notes to Consider Prior to Registering:
- All policies below as per Scouts Canada Event Team Field Guide, to be followed by all planned events.
- All attendees must be registered members of Scouts Canada and "Active" status in the myScouts system at the time of camp
- Groups need to meet youth to Scouter/Adult ratios as per Scouts Canada guidelines to attend camp.
- Groups are responsible to submit any approval forms required by Scouts Canada to their group Commissioners for approval, including the Group Adventure Application Form.
- The camp admins will need to see a group commissioner's approved copy of the Group Adventure Application Form to validate their registration as per Scouts Canada policy with 5 days of the registration deadline.
- Scouters/Leaders are responsible to provide a printed medical form for each attendee to Scout Amik for the First Aid team prior to camp or at the time of arrival on site. You may use a printed copy of the registration form from the myScouts or a fully filled in Physical Fitness Form. These forms will be handed back to the group at camp closing.
- Groups are responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. Please do not send youth prior to the leaders arriving on site.
Camp Fees (2024 Rates)
Camp fees cover all food, lodging and activity costs.

- Youth Scouts (Aged 11-14): $70.00 - Note: a late fee of $10 will be applied to any registrations accepted after the deadline (Jan 14), space permitting.

Refunds
- Full refunds will be issued until January 14 (registration deadline).
- Partial refunds of $40 will be issued to January 24
- No refunds on/after January 25
