Cuboree Activity Info (Cub/Guides)

The activity will run from 11am to 5pm on Saturday at Deer site.  Please see the above schedule arrival times.  Youth will participate in fun activities while learning new skills.  Seven activities are planed to run throughout the day.

Cuboree Schedule 2023

  • 930am: OOS/Volunteers for the Cuboree meet at Deer site to setup activities.
  • 10-1030am: non-campers arrive at the site – Cuboree activity participants should arrive to park their cars or drop off youth with their groups at Oriole There will be Scouters managing traffic to allow for safe drop-off and orderly parking.  Note: for any groups with parents dropping off youth, please have group leader/scouter at the drop off area to receive the youth.
  • 1015am: Leaders meeting at the east end of Fox site, please send one representative from each group for the details about the activity.
  • 1030am: All participants gather at the east end of Fox site to be placed into activity groups and moved to Deer site to start the activities.
  • 1100am: First Activity begins.
  • 1140am: Lunch break at the first activity station (bring a bag lunch)
  • 1230am: Activities start back up.
  • 5pm: Estimated activity end time

Leaders/Scouters: Please help and support youth at activities as needed as we may be short volunteers.

Activity Supplies for Groups: 

This is a list equipment that each group should have.  
  • Dress appropriate for the weather
  • Sun Screen/Bug Spray
  • Water bottle
  • Each person to bring a bag lunch to eat at lunch break
