Operation Ice Cap (Cubs) Participant Registration  Ice Cap 33 2025 for youth Cubs and their Scouters/Leaders.

Camp registration this year is $136.00 per participant (Youth and Adults). OOS have a separate registration page.

• Camp fees include two nights indoor accommodation, 5 meals, 2 snacks and a full schedule of activities.

Camp registration opens on Nov 29 and closes Dec 22, 2025 or when capacity is reached. 

• Refunds will be granted if received before the deadline 4pm Friday Jan 9, 2026.  Refunds cannot be guaranteed after that date and time.
• Register by group
• One payment per group (Cheque, Money order, e-transfer)
